Regional Sales Director

Position Overview:
ZSFab is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Director to build our sales channels and drive revenue growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Director of Sales will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's market presence, expanding its customer base, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. The successful candidate will possess exceptional leadership qualities, a proven track record of sales achievements, and a deep understanding of the medical device industry.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with ZSFab's overall business objectives, focusing on increasing market share and revenue.
· Develop, lead, mentor, and manage sales teams and distributors to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
· Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, hospitals, medical centers, distributors, and industry partners.
· Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive developments, providing insights to guide strategic decisions.
· Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral, promotional materials, and product messaging.
· Collaborate with the R&D and product teams to gather customer feedback, insights, and market needs to drive product development and enhancements.
· Analyze sales data and metrics to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and propose action plans to optimize sales processes.
· Manage the sales budget, allocate resources appropriately, and ensure efficient utilization of funds.
· Monitor and report on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that could impact the business.
· Represent ZSFab at industry conferences, trade shows, and events, fostering relationships and promoting the company's products.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
· Proven track record of at least 5 years in medical device sales, preferably in the spine industry, with progressive experience in leadership roles.
· Deep understanding of the medical device industry, particularly in spinal implants or orthopedics.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
· Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a history of exceeding sales targets.
· Ability to travel frequently in assigned region as required.
· Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
· Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships and sales pipelines.
Compensation:
The Regional Sales Director position offers a competitive base salary in addition to a performance-based commission structure.
